By using our Point of Sale (POS) software and related services, you (“customer,” “user,” “client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 2. Service Overview Kabir Soft System is a cloud-based and offline-sync-supported POS platform designed to manage sales, inventory, and reporting for businesses. We provide access to our software on a subscription basis, subject to these terms. 3. User Responsibilities You must provide accurate business and contact information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse of the system for illegal or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. 4. Payment & Billing All subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by Pakistani law or as otherwise stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices. 5. Data & Privacy We respect your privacy and will protect your business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You own all data you input into the system. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. We may store and process your data on secure servers, including servers outside Pakistan. 6. Offline Sync While our POS system offers offline sync, certain features may require internet connectivity. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet or power outages. 7. Intellectual Property All software, design, and code remain the exclusive property of Kabir Soft System. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software for business purposes only.
